GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


GENERAL

1. By submitting your booking form and making the deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. You are required to adhere to the dietary, alcohol, drug, and medication restrictions, as well as the preparation instructions, as stated on the login page you receive after booking confirmation and payment.

3. By paying, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions as described here. After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation, making the booking binding.

4. If you wish to cancel a booking, please consult the cancellation policy and inform inn.contact in writing in a timely manner.

5. inn.contact reserves the right to postpone or cancel events for compelling reasons due to force majeure. Participants will be informed of this using the contact information provided on the booking form. Further liability and damage claims are excluded.

6. inn.contact vouchers are valid until the end of the calendar year following the date of issue. After this period, vouchers can no longer be redeemed. Vouchers cannot be returned or canceled. Commercial resale of vouchers is prohibited.

7. inn.contact reserves the right to exclude a participant from participation in a ceremony for valid reasons.

LIABILITY

1. inn.contact ensures that the ceremonies run smoothly.

2. Participation in a ceremony at inn.contact is entirely at your own risk. inn.contact is not liable for injury and/or damage of any kind resulting from the participant's stay and/or activities, nor for loss or damage to property.

3. inn.contact is not responsible for any personal decisions participants make as a result of a retreat, program, or healing session. This includes, but is not limited to, leaving a job, making investments, starting a business, or other business and financial decisions.

4. Complaints must be submitted in writing and with reasons to inn.contact.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER 1. The retreats offered by inn.contact are intended to support emotional and spiritual development and are not a substitute for medically necessary treatments or therapies. Always consult a qualified physician for any physical and/or psychological complaints.

2. Please report in advance if you have a physical complaint or require additional assistance. CHANGES TO THE RETREAT PROGRAMMING

1. inn.contact reserves the right to make changes to the retreat/ceremony schedule, for example, if a leader is unavailable due to illness, relocation, pregnancy, or other circumstances. In that case, a professional and comparable replacement will be provided. Participants will be informed of this in a timely manner.

HOUSE RULES 1. Inn.contact events are smoke-free. The use of drugs and alcohol is strictly prohibited throughout the entire stay.

2. Respect for every person, regardless of religion, beliefs, gender, or development, is a core value. inn.contact respects all participants and expects mutual respect. 3. inn.contact has carefully selected the retreat locations to provide a safe and livable environment. Please treat the locations with care. Any damage will be recovered from the person responsible. 4. Participants who do not adhere to the Terms and Conditions or house rules, or do not follow the instructions of the staff, may be excluded from participation without a refund. 5. Video, film, or audio recordings during the ceremony or stay are only permitted with prior permission from us and, if relevant, the other participants.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USE OF INFORMATION 1. Any information shared during a retreat, training or program may not be copied, reproduced, transferred, modified, edited, resold, shared with third parties or used to create derivative works without prior written consent from inn.contact. 2. If a participant is also an entrepreneur, it is not permitted to misuse intellectual property or confidential information of mentors, guides or facilitators. This includes, but is not limited to: a) Passing on methods, solutions or formulas owned by the mentor, guide or facilitator under one’s own name. b) Copying course materials for personal or commercial use. c) Copying, publishing, transferring, selling, passing on or otherwise exploiting any intellectual property of inn.contact or its mentors, guides or facilitators, in whole or in part, without prior written consent.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS 1. Cancellation policy for training trips to Egypt

  • Cancellation up to 8 weeks = 75% refund
  • Cancellation after 8 weeks = 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 6 weeks = no refund

% are based on the total amount €80 administration costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation policy for retreats in the Netherlands

  • Cancellation up to 4 weeks = 75% refund
  • Cancellation after 4 weeks = 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 1 week = no refund

3. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date can be chosen in consultation up to 7 days before the ceremony. We always charge an €80 administration fee. The ceremony can be rescheduled a maximum of one time. 4. If you are unable to attend, someone else may take your place, provided the replacement's information is submitted and approved by the inn.contact team at least one week before the retreat.

PRIVACY & GDPR 1. inn.contact attaches great importance to the protection of personal data and acts in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 2. Personal data collected during bookings and contact moments are used exclusively for administrative purposes, communication and to provide a safe and appropriate experience. 3. We do not share personal data with third parties, unless this is legally required or necessary for the execution of the agreement (e.g. in the case of medical emergencies). 4. Participants have the right to access, correct, delete or transfer their data. Requests for this can be submitted in writing. 5. inn.contact does not store personal data longer than necessary for the provision of services and legal obligations.
