THE CEREMONIES
-
Why choose inn.contact?
Through our diverse offerings, we aim to introduce more people to their inner strength in an accessible way, combined with breathwork and plant medicine. We work with small groups, duo-based, or private ceremonies. We also organize Sacred Plant ceremonies, addressing deeper trauma so we can support you in your healing process. Our specializations span a broad spectrum of women's issues, oppression/power (abuse), meaning, spiritual development and life questions, birth trauma, inner child work, depression, and burnout. Plant medicine isn't a miracle cure if you don't use it afterward. It provides tools you need to invest in yourself, and then it can be a wonderful addition to your life. Based on this, inn.contact goes beyond the usual provider. Through the pre- and post-treatment process, we guide you through the entire process, looking at the bigger picture to maximize your journey and integrate the insights you've gained.

What can I expect during a ceremony?
Our ceremonies are a beautiful experience, using various techniques such as breathwork, aromatherapy, sound healing with instruments, and soul music. We can explain it, we can share our stories and experiences, you can read about it, but you really have to experience it to understand it. A plant medicine ceremony is the most beautiful gift you can give yourself. In short, your ceremony will look like this: - A joint welcome and introduction in a beautiful ceremony space - A breathwork session - The ceremony with the medicines in appropriate quantities - Guidance from a professional team - Food and drinks - Sharing & Integration - Love and care from our team - With or without an overnight stay (check the calendar for options)
-
How competent is the guidance?
We have a wonderful team and work with certified process facilitators who, thanks to their training as process therapists, are trained to guide you through a ceremony. The facilitators have knowledge and experience with breathwork and plant medicines such as CacaoBliss, Psilocybin, Ayahuasca, and San Pedro, and have diverse therapeutic and/or nursing/healthcare backgrounds.
-
How big are the groups?
We work with small groups for optimal care and guidance. At our Arnhem location, we work with groups of up to 6 people and at least 2 facilitators. At our Nijmegen location, we work with groups of 9 and 12 participants and at least 3 facilitators. We also offer duo and private ceremonies. Would you like to embark on an inner journey with plant medicine with a group of friends? Send us an email with your information, and we'll contact you to make arrangements.
-
Do you operate sustainably?
The products used are either sourced from Dutch soil and made specifically for the ceremonies, or sourced from suppliers who contribute to Mother Nature.
-
How can I prepare myself?
Your booking confirmation includes all the preparation information and the diet plan. To participate in a plant medicine ceremony, proper preparation is essential. Both physically and mentally, it's important to adhere to a diet and lifestyle beforehand. Some substances can be harmful and even dangerous when combined with plant medicine. Therefore, it's crucial to know how to properly prepare for a ceremony.
-
I'm nervous, is this normal?
Yes! The adventure begins once you've booked your ceremony. Actually, even before that, when you've received the message from the plant medicines and are planning to participate. You might already feel some tension in your body, questions arising, or thoughts wandering about the unknown... It's completely normal for this to happen; it's part of your process, and it will be unique for everyone.
-
Can I drive after the ceremony?
For day ceremonies, we recommend that you be brought or picked up to the ceremony or use public transportation. We do not recommend driving yourself; you are responsible for this. We offer both day ceremonies and ceremonies with an overnight stay. After the ceremonies with an overnight stay, you can arrive with your own transportation and drive again the next day.
