THE CEREMONIES

  • Why choose inn.contact?

Through our diverse offerings, we aim to introduce more people to their inner strength in an accessible way, combined with breathwork and plant medicines. We work with small groups, couples and private ceremonies. We also organise Sacred Plant ceremonies that delve into deeper trauma, so we can support you in your healing process.

Our specialisms span a broad range of topics, including women’s issues, oppression/power (abuse), finding meaning, spiritual development and life questions, birth trauma, inner child work, depression and burnout.

Plant medicine is no miracle cure if you do nothing with the experience. It offers you tools that you need to invest in yourself to put into practice; then it can be a wonderful addition to your life. With this in mind, inn.contact goes further than the usual provider. Through the preparation and integration support we offer, we look at the whole picture so you can get the most out of your journey and integrate the insights you gain.

  • What can I expect during a ceremony?

Our ceremonies are a beautiful experience, incorporating different practices such as breathwork, aromatherapy, sound healing with instruments and soul music. We can explain it, share our stories and experiences, and you can read about it, but you really have to experience it to understand. A plant medicine ceremony is the most beautiful gift you can give yourself.

    In short, your ceremony looks like this;
    - Welcome and introduction together in a beautiful ceremony space
    - Breathwork session
    - Ceremony with an appropriate dose of the medicines
    - Support from a professional team
    - Food and drinks
    - Sharing & integration
    - Love and care from our team
    - With or without an overnight stay (check the calendar for options)

  • How experienced are the facilitators?

We have a wonderful team of certified process facilitators, trained through a process therapy program to support you during a ceremony. Our facilitators have knowledge and experience in breathwork and plant medicines such as CacaoBliss, Psylocibine, Ayahuasca and San Pedro, and backgrounds in various therapeutic fields and/or nursing and care.

  • How large are the groups?

We work with small groups to provide the best possible care and support. At our Arnhem location, groups are limited to a maximum of 6 participants, with at least 2 facilitators.

At our Nijmegen location, groups have 9 to 12 participants, with at least 3 facilitators.

We also offer duo and private ceremonies.

Would you like to take an inner journey with plant medicine together with a group of friends? Email us your details and we’ll get in touch to discuss the arrangements.

  • Do you operate sustainably?

The products we work with are either locally made in the Netherlands especially for the ceremonies, or sourced from suppliers who do their bit for Mother Nature.

  • How can I prepare?

You’ll find all the preparation information and dietary guidelines in your booking confirmation. Proper preparation is essential to participate in a plant medicine ceremony. Both physically and mentally, you’ll need to follow a diet and lifestyle regimen beforehand. Some substances can be harmful or even dangerous when combined with plant medicine. That’s why it’s very important to know how to prepare properly for a ceremony.

  • I’m nervous—is that normal?

Yes! The adventure begins as soon as you book your ceremony. In fact, it begins even earlier, when you receive the plant medicine’s message and decide to take part.

You may already feel some tension in your body, have questions on your mind or find your thoughts wandering to the unknown… It’s completely normal for this to happen; it’s part of your process, which will be

    unique to everyone.

  • Can I drive after the ceremony?

For day ceremonies, we recommend that you arrange to be dropped off and picked up, or use public transportation. We do not recommend driving yourself. You are responsible for your own transportation.

We offer both day ceremonies and ceremonies with overnight stays. If you attend a ceremony with an overnight stay, you can come by your own transport and drive yourself home the next day.
